To provide the best service to all our clients, we operate on a strict appointment-only basis. No-shows significantly impact our small business and prevent other clients from booking. 1. No-Show Penalty: If you miss your appointment without notice, a No-Show Fee (up to 100% of the service cost) will be applied to your account. This balance must be cleared before any future bookings can be made. 2. Repeated No-Shows: Clients with 2 or more no-shows, or those attempting to book under different names to bypass our policy, will be permanently banned from our salon. We value your time and ask that you please respect ours. Thank you for your understanding. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice prevent other clients from booking that time slot. Please be advised that late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or restricted future bookings.
